I am relocating across the nation… Again!
The following we go again. For the second time in five a long time I'm packing my entire life up and shifting throughout the region. I will not feel I'll be able to match it all in a few suitcases this time though.

Hi Erin, I was told to watch your documentary of videos for a class assignment about transgenders and I just want to tell you that I think your story REALLY is inspiring. Never thought I would find myself finding all of this so fascinating but I really do enjoy it. I wish you all the best and good luck with your move to san fran

I love San Francisco! I live in San Diego myself, but have never had a bad time in S.F. I would like to add you as a “friend” But for some reason the “add friend” button does not appear on your page. Am I doing something wrong?
Enjoy the move and S.F. Luv it!

I’d definitely have to clean up my speaking style a bit… haha yup. “It’s fucking crazy” would go well with the evening news.

Erin,
Did I see you say you considered in the past running for political office somewhere in these comments?
I might pay money to see you get up in front of a crowd and start a political speech, “It’s crazy! It’s fucking nuts!”

Hi Erin and Morgan. My mom used to manage a few buildings in Bernal Heights, and it is a nice place.Steep and narrow streets, but a nice place.A bit windy also. That is my input for that area, and i wish you all the best. oh- try the French food in Sebastopol . worth the drive.

is one of the reasons your moving to san francisco so that you’ll be more socially accepted as a lesbian/transgender couple?
(again, not making fun or inciting hatred in any way)
January 30th, 2012 - 18:38
SF is one of the hardest places to find a place to live, be warned. You will look at many places and it will be like a zoo of people applying. It’s very hard to land fast so don’t get your hopes down if it takes longer than a week. You will end up where you are meant to end up and learn along the way. All those areas are safe and nice and a tad bit more reasonable then places like Noe Valley and Castro – which are also very desireable districts. Expect 1,200-1,800 base depending on size needed.

Erin/Morgan: I am a San Franciscan and head to Glen Park’s BART station every workday. I live in the Excelsior district. Not far from Bernal Heights and Glen Parks. Definitely plan on a bit warmer winters, no snow, and much colder summers! Lots of fog this summer in SF. I guess that’s what we’re famous for. Welcome to the Cool Gray City of Love!
January 30th, 2012 - 19:17
We have a couple areas we’re looking at… Glen Park, bernal heights and hayes valley. We”ll be in town in a wekk or so to look at places and put down a deposit.

Well you’ve got us both. Let’s just hope the west coast can handle it!
